Eat a wad of fibrous vegetable like spinach. Or bread. Anything to push the bone down into the stomach. There your digestive juices will dissolve it.
Some people recommend drinking vinegar, which helps dissolve the bone. But I think it is stupid. Just force it down. Let nature do the rest.
Just remember that even after the bone has gone down, you may still "feel" a bone in your throat. That is just that the bone scratched your throat. That should heal quickly. Just make sure you swallow a wad of stuff twice to make sure it is down.

It's sunday so a doctor is kinda off limits. Call the nearest 24 hour pharmacy and ask a pharmacist if you should go to ER or just have some home remedy. Pharmacists are my first choice when it's a weekend or wee hours.

Eat bread. I am from the south and we eat fish like crazy. And I have always heard if that happens to eat a piece of bread. Alot of people keep it on the table when they're eating fish.

Watch your mouth! If it is blocking your esophagus or trachea get to the emergency room. This could also tear up your insides. Have someone drive you or call 911.
Best of luck to you, stay away from dem bones.

Eat some bread. Once it makes it down, you should be fine. If the bread does not help, you may need to get check out by a Dr.

I would see a doc asap....you don't want to tear it up...but bread is what my parents used to give us, it is just that if it is lodged, you will need a doc to go down there with some long prongs and pull it out......next time CHEW YOUR FOOD!!! good luck.
