in the last 2 weeks i have lost 13 pounds because i was on a low calorie diet and also working out 2 hours a day but now im on the atkins diet and still working out every single day for 2 hours not am i only losing weight but also toning my body up so maybe you should try a low calorie diet and going to the gym atleast for a hour a day its better than taking any pills or all that other stuff check it out

Cut back on the calories..instead of eating 3 main meals a day try eating 5-6 small meals to keep the matobolism going. and exercise start off with 30 mins of cardio then you can do about 10-20 min of weight training..Just mainly watch what u eat. drink alot of water

try keeping a diet journal. figure out your goal weight and multiply by 13 if you're inactive, 15 if you're active, 17 if you're very active--this is your calorie intake for the day. make sure you're honest about what you're eating and if you go off, don't beat yourself up, just be honest about it and eat better next time. i've lost 12 pounds in 3 months including tons of christmas food. i started doing this because i'm 26 with high cholesterol.
