Why do people justify Iran's 'right to a nuclear enrichment program'?

Because other people question Iran's right to a nuclear enrichment program...Iran,as a country that signed the nuclear non proliferation treaty has every right to a nuclear program and no one should tell them to stop it...unless there are proofs that they are building a nuclear weapon...
