I just haven't been feeling hungry lately... I've barely eaten anything all day and it's not bothering me. Does that make me anorexic? I'm not trying to get skinny or anything, I just don't feel like eating.

Lack of appetite could be a symptom of a number of conditions. You should see a doctor to be certain that it is temporary and not serious.

Well Anorexia is when you intentionally starve yourself because you have a distorted body image, and seems like you dont have that, so i dont think its anorexia. Ive experienced that too where Im not hungry all day. It could just be your very busy and you dont have time to feel hungry or maybe you had a big meal earlier in the day. Its no big deal. Just make sure you drink water or something!

No, I don't believe that makes you anorexia...sometimes you just aren't hungry....frankly with all I need to loose I wish I could go a few days not hungry....lol You have to be careful however and make an effort to eat something even if it is just a container of yogurt or some cottage cheese or a salad. It is important to maintain an even blood sugar level and if you don't eat you could potentially hurt yourself.

No, it doesn't make you anorexic. Anorexia is a psychiatric disorder that needs to be diagnosed by a physician. Sometimes people just don't feel like eating, but you have to make sure that you eat enough to keep yourself healthy. If you don't feel like eating a lot, then just make sure that the foods you do eat will keep you going all day. Try complex carbs, protein, and fruits and veggies. V-8 juice is good.

Make yourself eat. Eat 5-6 small meals a day, Breakfast-snack-Lunch-snack-Dinner-snack. Don't get in the habit of not eating it can lead you down the wrong path. Also if you don't eat, your body will actually eat your own muscle tissue for nutrients it does not eat or burn the fat tissue because there are no nutrients in fat. So eat girl, even if it's not alot eat something healthy, preferably protein.

No. Anorexia has a component of psychological obsession with thin ness. If you don't have that it's not anorexia. It could be depression. See your doctor whenever there is a big change in appetite or weight.

idk i never experienced anything like this but my cousin is going through the same problem your going through. but don't worry you'll be okay! i would recommend you eat snacks instead of meals when your not that hungry. make shakes, um eat fruits. maybe its a stage your body is going through, but seriously if this keeps going on you need to see a doctor. its better to say i checked than say i should of checked. your health is very important so take care of it.

no, people with anorexia only feel "normal" when they feel hungry. i guess you've just lost your appetite the last few days..

I don't think so unless you find yourself losing alot of weight or losing weight consistently. Some days you have bigger appetites & it may be relevant to how much you exert yourself. Less activity, less your body will be burning up & saying, "feed me!" More activity it'll say, "give me some snacks in between the meals, please!" :)))))

no anorexia is a mental thing its when you want to be skinny so you starve yourself and even if you are skinny or when you get skinny you see yourself you still see yourself as fat and continue to starve yourself
