El amor duele = Love hurts

si supieras que en real... is uncompleted. It could be "si supieras que en realidad" = if you knew that actually...

"for real" means in spanish "en serio", "en verdad"

The words were all jammed together, but when you put spaces in the correct places, it comes out like this....El AmOr DuEle ,Si SUpIErAs que(ke) eN rEaLidad te amo

I think the phrase is incomplete, i can speak spanish... it translates to:

love hurts, if you knew that for real.......

I think it goes on sisupieraskeenreal....idad.... and something else...

try separating the words cuz yahoo cuts the very long ones.
