Well, square footage is determined by L x W. So, given just the sq. ft. does not help much. Here is a list of possible sq. ft.:
14 x 6
12 x 7
10 x 8.5
9 x 9.5

Maybe that will help.

merely set up 2 equations and sparkling up W x L = 35 & 2W + 2L = 27 L = (35/W) 2W + 2(35/W) = 27 2W + 70/W = 27 2W^2 + 70 = 27W 2W^2 - 27W + 70 = 0 after which component... you get (W - 3.5)(W - 10) the two certainly one of which fulfill the equation, so of course the width is the smaller one and the size, the better. W = 3.5 L = 10

Well, it could have multiple lengths and widths. It could be a little bigger than 9' x 9', or it could be a little less than 11' x 7.75', or it could be around 10.5' x 8'. You just have to find the floorplan of the house to see the dimensions.
