First and foremost how is your diet? You can exercise but what really matters is food and calorie intake. If you eat bad and your insides aren't healthy it will show on the outside and you won't loose as much as you should by eating a well balanced diet. Without knowing you, your gender, your age, and your height. I rec. cutting out soda, fast food, fattening food, greasy food, salty foods and excess sugars. Limit your bread intake, up your protein, and eat as much veggies and fruit as you want. And drink 1-2 liters of water a day. That being said, you should do cardio at least 3 times a week for 45min. and you should be able to breath heavy but fairly normal (e.g., if you can't talk while doing cardio your going to hard). Keep your activity the same for three to four weeks then change it up either in length, type, or intensity (our bodies acclimate after 3-4weeks of the same thing). Good Luck

Exercise alone may not be the best way to slim down. To lose a pound of fat, you need to burn 3,500 calories. Since walking a mile burns about 80 calories, you'd have to cover 44 miles to lose a pound!
But losing weight can be much easier if you combine exercising with a little calorie cutting. If you want to lose about a pound a week (a safe, healthy recommendation), you need a 500-calorie deficit each day. You can achieve that by exercising off about 300 calories (a 3- to 4-mile walk or an exercise class) and cutting back on what you eat by 200 calories (a can of soda and two pats of butter)a day.

Losing weight does not depend on how much exercise you do,but what type of exercise you do.eg:- if you only do joging you should atleast do it for 1 and a half hour. But if your are doing fast running or cycling you should do it for about 4-10 km daily.do not over eat.

you should have a little exersies program every day like 20 situps 10 push ups stuff like that and a larger work out like going to the gym 2-3 times a week but anything consitent should help

u just have to run five kilometers in the morning daily and have to do 50 sit ups in three sets. within 3 months continuously on daily bases and u will find ur self perfect. that is the bet.
