OK sorry, don't mean to sound dumb here or anything, but I was seriously wondering if some ladies could please provide some advice on the best way for a guy to compliment a girl when she gets a new hairstyle? (Something a little more original than just saying something generic like "Your new hairstyle looks really nice", that she would like hearing?)

well first off do you actually like it?
Tell her its unique, very her. Most people that go out there with hair like to hear that (points at self) tell her what it flatters in her face. be honest abotu what you like about it. if you don't like it tell her that it fits her nicely but later hint that you liked it better before so she doesnt keep the unattractive look.
One time i went a bit wild with my hair and my current boyfriend told me that it wasnt his taste but it was VERY me, and made my eyes pop a lot. I thought it really sweet of him to compliment it while saying it wasnt his taste.. dont know if most girls would enjoy that though

I'm not a lady but I always tell them they look so much younger and pretty even if I have to lie through my teeth
