I empathize the predicament you are in. From all the symptoms you describe, i strongly suspect that you have Lupus Eythematosus. Try to see a neurologist for proper diagnosis and treatment.

Don't give up and despair until you find the right doctor and find the right diagnosis for this malady.

I went thru the whole gamut before. And multiple tests were done to pinpt the right diagnosis. I have been probed, poked, and x-rayed umpteenth time.

Consider the following:

Dozens of medications have been reported to trigger SLE; however, more than 90% of this "drug-induced lupus" occurs as a side effect of one of the following six drugs: hydralazine (used for high blood pressure), quinidine and procainamide (used for abnormal heart rhythm), phenytoin (used forepilepsy), isoniazide (used fortuberculosis), d- penicillamine (used for rheumatoid arthritis). These drugs are known to stimulate the immune system and cause SLE. Fortunately, drug-induced SLE is infrequent (accounting for less than 5% of SLE among all patients with SLE) and usually resolves when the medications are discontinued.

It also is known that some women with SLE can experience worsening of their symptoms prior to their menstrual periods. This phenomenon, together with the female predominance of SLE, suggest that female hormones play an important role in the expression of SLE. This hormonal relationship is an active area of ongoing study by scientists.

However, no despair. It might not be as bad as it looks. So go seek a neurologist. they would do appropriate tests to determine if indeed you have this disease or any other neurological disorder. It might just be a simple case of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. due to poor hormonal imbalance.

My prayers are with you and good luck!

If you are having all these health issues at such a young age, you should seriously look at your diet and lifestyle. You can greatly improve your health by eating a plant based diet, especially eating 80% raw. Make it your goal to eat the widest variety of fruits and veggies on a daily basis. Doing this will eliminate your need for any vitamin supplements...which are synthetic nutrients not properly absorbed by the body and can cause toxic build up of some nutrients.

Try also drinking at least 64 oz of filtered tap water or bottled spring water every day. Less than 64oz makes you dehydrated. Don't add lemon or juice to the water, it will digest instead of hydrate.

Go to sleep by 10pm each night and get 8 hours of sleep.

Find a local yoga studio that teaches Vinyasa Flow or Ashtanga and let the instructor know about your health issues so they can help safely modify poses. Yoga is excellent exercise and great stress relief.

I think its possible you have had a stroke and that needs to be ruled out. Have you had a brain MRI? Have they ruled out MS? Have they checked into pituitary problems? Low growth hormone will cause all over body aches. Also adrenal problems (also regulated by pituitary) can mess with your bp and cause sleep problems and fatigue. Have the Drs. do an IGF1 and ACTH test. If ranges come out low normal you would still need treatment. You should see an endocrinologist with pituitary expertise. I am hypopitutiary and have had ALL your symptoms, including the numbness which started before the pituitary problem. I still have no diagnosis on that but it was originally thought I had MS or a stroke but ruled out.

I have alot of what you are going through too. I have thyroid cancer and have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia, I wonder if you should have that checked and also lyme disease. You may also benefit from a CT scan to make sure there are no brain tumours, nerve problems in your back (sciatic nerve). Hope this helps!

Getting a second opinion from a different set of docs will probably put your mind at ease. Don't trust people on the internet to diagnose you. Another professional opinion is all you need.
Hope you feel better. The sooner you get this check out the better.
