My long lost love has come back into contact with me and we sat and talked about the past and he has told me some things that I were never sure of like he truly loved me but because I had moved away there was nothing he could do, I am just wondering what should I do, am I wrong for wanting to see him again and am I over reacting like feeling happy because we are back in contact???

We were involved heavily, we didnt break up I had to move away because of a job, he told me he loved me but at the same time he couldnt move away because of his job, so now we have come back into contact and we are talking again. No one was hurt no bad reasons for not contacting, its just that life had moved on for both of us and now its like we have found each other again.

What are you talking about? If after all this time...i'm assuming its been a long time, he found you and got back into contact with you, he must still have some sort of feelings for you. And if you want to be happy then be happy. Be yourself. Let the heart free. If he is your long lost love then you should be very very happy. I would say go out with him more because it seems like you both care about each other

Of course not stuff like that comes once in a lifetime your very lucky it happend to you. Do you still live far away or do you now live near eachother. You both know that there still might be feelings there so if you know live near eachother why not try again might be fun to get a second chance at love. But if you dont my suggestion would be just stay friends because trust me on this long distance relationship are very hard and very rarly work out even if you do love them. Wish you guys the best

Take things slow. However, if he truly loved you, you would have known it before (he would have told you, etc). Its nice to see someone from the past, but be careful in what you do- remember the reasons it didn't work for the first time? Are those things still present? Or maybe he's changed and you can give it a second try. Ultimately, its you that must make the decision.

As long as you are both single celebrate! Finding your long lost love is a wonderful thing. I had the same thing happen to me once so just be glad. It is sad when two people who love each other get separated but a joyful thing if you can come back together and share your happiness. I am so happy for you and i hope everything works out this time.

of course not!!!! he brings you happiness! as long as he did not bring you the hurt in the relationship. maybe seeing him will allow the both of you to maybe rekindle the fire...only if you are single. or maybe become really good friends. to not get dissapointed, try not to expect so much from him or you. think of it as a one day thing of Q&A and laughs and take it day by day. because if you expect too much, you set yourself up for disaster. have fun enjoy and take it slow...smile
