Ha ha yeah well when ya watch the news every night its hard to understand how we haven't destroyed each other yet. But i have to disagree, i still think many people hold on to at least a small portion of the morals we once held.

Spirit is what makes you not bankrupt. Many beings have been bankrupt and some don't know it. Eternal Damnation Worship is the single most morally bankrupt concept ever contrived in human existence. You can be an illusion of nearly sinless, but if you are angry enough to assume that somebody has to suffer eternally because they dont think properly, you are morally bankrupt. Sall about spirit, nice, civil spirit and from there it grows to being with moral credit.

Why do you say that?
Yes, perhaps some of those in the public eye, but I believe this is because we have a tendency to focus on the negative rather than the positive. Are you morally bankrupt? Are your loved ones?
I don't believe I am, and I don't believe my loved ones are either. There ARE good, moral people out there. You just have to look passed all the grime and filth.

No Way .Even the most heinous criminal has some beliefs he won't violate. So some morality is left in every human. Millions of people have high moral standards so the human race is no where near bankrupt. Some people are seriously overdrawn and late on their debts to morality.

No I don't feel like our world is done yet I do feel like there is a small light at the end of the tunnel . I feel like every person whom I talked to has their own opinions about whats best for our world as a whole. It is only a matter of time before we the non leaders stand up and take back our world from the greedy politicians and corporate fat cats...

Yes, there are those who refuse the Truth of God, and there are those who color coat it to suit themselves....looking for ear tickling when thinking they are getting the Truth....selective hearing....and so the conscience is seared...and ears waxed cold. In the last days before Christ coming this will be the case. But, He did say "in the last days I will pour out of my Spirit"...and so on...
Joel 2:28 And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions:
Joel 2:29 And also upon the servants and upon the handmaids in those days will I pour out my spirit.
Also referenced in Revelations....(I hope)...somewhere in the new testiment anyway...

Let us press forward, and try to be good.
There are two great principles that can guide us. I'm talking to the entire human race here.
Could you people stop what you're doing just for minute and listen??
Two great principles: Illusion and desire.
A word to the wise is sufficient. Now you may go about whatever it was you were doing. Enough said.

I have good news and I have bad news. People are just about as moral as they've always been.

A long time ago....and without any hope of escaping the full wrath of a righteous God. This is the very reason that Jesus took our sin upon himself....
