That happens to me too. Usually what I find helps is deep breathing, just only concentrating on the breath, and just relax every muscle in your body.

From what you are describing , It sounds like you might be suffering from an upset stomach which is probably a result of acid building up in the stomach which will give you that upset feeling. I would suggest having this checked out by your doctor so that it doesn't get any worse than it is now. Hopefully your problem should go away in a matter of days.

Eating a few pretzels may help. Don't get the salt-free kind. I believe the combination of the starch and the salt in pretzels work to absorb stomah acids and soothe the accompanying pain.

Put a bit of water in a mug and warm it up for 30-60 seconds, depending on how warm you want it. Wrap it in a thin material and press it against your stomach. Should help =)

Try taking any antacids, that will help cure it.. I have stomach pain ever morning (hyperacidity) and i always have renie or actyl with me (chewable anatcids).. Its funny though coz chewable makes me burp or fart after having eat, but then it makes me feel sooo much better.

I know this will sound gross, but just give it a try. Drink clear warm water, the same temp you would drink coffee or tea works like a charm for me.

Try some mint candy...and since you get it often keep peppermint candy in your purse so you can suck it if you need it...The mint has a real soothing effect on a yucky belly...
