Please help me I have red bumps on my lips they itch sometimes I think it is cold sores but my dermatologist saids it's just acne but it appears alot

Speaking as an esthetician I recommend exfoliating with a non sugar scrub, or try using a topical antiinflamatory.

dab some raw, unpasturized apple cider vinegar on the lips. coat with vaseline or chapstick. also, vitamin e oil would work..
