I have two theorys.. I hope they help answer your question. :)

Part of Brita's Advertisement is "Orange Water Is Now Crystal Clear" Brita takes out the gunk leaving crystal clear healthy water. Or, The orange also could mean the vitamins left behind after brita does it's magic are just as good for you as the vitamins in an orange.

but

ORANGES ARE TASTY maybe they want people to think of TASTY when they think of Brita water...

Well, is the water flavored? it could be one of those flavor splash water and be orange flavored.

Mine doesn't. But maybe it is suggesting it will make your "Tang" taste better.
