walking
walking quickly can get you the same cardio workout as jogging... jogging puts a lot of pressure and shock on your feet legs and knees and youc an end up with knee problems

If the person is overweight, then go with walking. If you are physically healthy with no sort of deficiency, then I see no problem with jogging.

What those sites say more or less is if you're healthy and willing, then jogging is fine. Walking overall is healthier and can provide just as much cardio as jogging over a longer period of time, but let's be honest....when an emergency comes and you have to run the jogger/runner will be more prepared. Just my 2 cents.

Walking seems to be the better form of exercise of the two according to many medical doctors and physical therapists. When you exercise you are trying to elevate your heartrate to a level that will promote cardiovascular fitness, both of these methods do that. The difference lies in the fact that jogging will elevate your heart rate faster and to a higher degree (thus shortening your workout), but with the drawback of having negative effects on your joints. Walking will give you the same effects as jogging, you just might have to do it longer.

personally i run and walk. i don't quite know which one is healthier for you but i'd say their about the same. i do know though that running burns a lot more calories than walking. I mean i can run for just 30 minutes and that burns me 204 calories. so i personally get more out of running than i do walking.

walk for 45 min in the early morning so that you can breath fresh and unpolluted air to clean your entire system.
do not talk and think of happy moments.
enjoy a healthy life.

They are the same, you burn the same amount of calories for the same distance, it's just that you get there faster.
