Right now im watching Fox 5 news..and im looking at the bottom of the screen where they show wich schools are closed..well i live in prince william county (VA)..and all it says is "Prince William County Code Red"..What does code red mean?..does anyone know?..i had the paper that my first period teacher gave me wich told me all the codes and stuff but i lost it...all i know is that the codes are forthe teachers..thats what they told us..they told the students not to worry about the coeds..just to watch for "closed" or "2 hour delay"...but it doesnt say any of that..it jus says "code red"..plz help..thanks.

According to PWCS Website, it means that all schools are closed today, and teachers are not to report to school. The Code Red is strictly telling the teachers not to report. If it said Code Green it would mean that the schools are closed, but teachers should still report if possible.
