Yes, neutering will ultimately cure the marking. Although, if done late in the dog's life this isn't a guarantee. Hunching is usually a age thing. Normally around 6 months of age dogs will do this, they will quit. Alot of it has to do with dominance as well and even females will hunch.

It can stop humping and spraying if the dog has not hit puberty and had the behavior ingrained.
It can stop afterwards but the future is less secure then. In some dogs it can help but others have already been doing it long enough that it is pattern of behavior.
If that has happened getting the dog fixed may help but you will most likely still have issues and will need to do additional training. A crate can be very helpful in these circumstances.
Good luck

Yes and No....It will definately help, but if he does not see you as his leader, he will need to feel the need to make it his territory. Humping and Marking are both a dominance thing.
I definately say get him neutered if you are not showing him. There is no need to have him intact. Once he is neutered, everything will not happen over night. It will take several months for the hormone levels to drop, but you will notice improvements. If these behaviors continue, contact a local trainer to work with you and him. These behaviors can be corrected.

Absolutely. My Lhasa humped everything in site 90% of the time.
Now he does it 10% of the time.
He marks territory but not in the house or anything.

It may or may not, it kind of depends on how bad the behaviors are now. Usually, if the behaviors have started they will continue but neutering will reduced the severity of the behavior.
