My favorite is Celestial Seasonings Honey Vanilla Chamomile. It's a mixture of various herbs etc (mostly chamomile). It smells and tastes amazing!
If you're looking for just chamomile, I like Alvita's Chamomile tea.

For me, the company named "Nature" provides the best chamomile ever ! Why buy tea bags, when you can have the best flavor of chamomile by buying the REAL flower buds?

I really like tea by Carrington Tea Company. It seems to have a smoother flavor. I haven't had their Chamomile tea, though. I think you can order from them off the net.

I never had any great tasting chamomile tea; I guess chamomile just tastes "mediciny" no matter what brand you get.
