hmmm.....a tough call. How bout this for starters?
1. The War in Iraq: Pull all troops out immediately and then bombard the entire country with bananas until they give up.
2. Immigration: Built a three hundred foot high fence along the souther border made out of chicken wire, old tires, and magazines. Anyone who can climb the fence becomes a legal citizen.
3. Crime: Anyone who commits a felony is thrown into a cage with seven large monkeys. If he or she survives, their punishment has been paid.
4. Now for this you need a catchy issue, something that everyone feels passionate about, but something that no other candidate is addressing. This will give you an edge. May I suggest - The WAR on Junk Mail!! Something has got to be done to stop all that creepy junk mail that comes to everyone's homes and intrudes upon their illusion of privacy.

everybody who makes human beings think of must be heavily seen. regrettably, i'm no longer confident that maximum folk prefer to think of. they prefer a picture and a slogan. have been given a slogan Jim? i've got already seen your photograph :-(

Something stable, like a wooden deck. On wooden decks, you can hold all sorts of support rallies and, for the future, some nice presidential barbeques with the cabinet.
