hi...... i am 14 y/o, my height 5,8 my weight 187 lbs..... MALE

i need to lose weigh as soon as possible plz..... help me what do i do!??

any diets that could help me with the excersice?!?! plz help me!

Forget the 'diet'. It means nothing. You need to be concerned about your HEALTH, THEN you will be losing weight. Forget how MUCH you weigh. Just get yourself into the shape you like. You are too young to worry so much about 'weight'. So, take a hike, LITERALLY! Walk everyday, exercise while you brush you teeth, or feed the dog. Don't sit in front of the TV. Get control of your desires, like .. I WANNA SIT AND DO NUTTIN! DO SOMETHING! ANYTHING. JUST KEEP DOING IT. And.. ask your parents to PLEEZE not keep crappy food in the house. You will have this problem forever. So get control now. But don't take it over the edge and think you are going to go on some idiotic crash diet and start callin for ralph with your finger down your throat. THAT IS SICK! You gained the weight slow, so lose it slow. Bottom line - GET HEALTHY and forget how much you weigh. Throw that scale in the trash where it belongs.

I just lost about 50lbs and I did by not eating all the time and I work jobs that I am on my feet the whole time. Walking,crunches and since you are a guy I would look into weight lifting and that type of training. Good Luck!!

Excersice more at least 60 minutes a day.
Some exercise you can do:
-Jogging
-Push ups
-Sit ups
-Crunches

Eat Heathly!! Not eating actually gains you weight.

look for a dietitian that can help advise you in planning a personalize diet for your loosing program. Make sure that you are decided to undergo with the program, the key there is DISCIPLINE! godbless
