my e-boyfriend got a hold of my checks and my atm from both banks that i was with and he used my atm cards also now I am on goverment check systems how do i get out of it

you start by filing a POLICE REPORT!
You report him for unauthorized use of your stuff. Then you take the report to your bank(s) and tell them to put the money back into your account.
If you are unwilling to do that, then you get off of the check systems by paying the amount that he overdrew your bank(s).
Those are your only two ways to get off
(well you *MIGHT* be able to file for bankruptcy)
but those are the only two sure ways I know!
