The way to make your dreams come true is first to define your dream and decide if it is realistic. Then find our what you have to do in order for that dream to come true, then do your best to follow thru with those needs. For some people, it takes a lifetime, others achieve their dreams in a relatively short amount of time. The really lucky ones have their dreames dropped in their laps. It depends on your dream and your dedication to achieving it. The important thing is if you REALLY want your dreams to come true, NEVER GIVE UP, FIND A WAY, MAKE A WAY. Good luck.

Your question is so vague. What exactly are your dreams?
Look for different ways to achieve your dreams. If you want to pursue a specific profession, look into how people get into that profession. Go to school. Work hard to succeed. Be passionate about what you want to do, and you should be able to get far in life.
{Of course, keep in mind some dreams should not come true. You may dream of sleeping with a celebrity, but in reality, you probably would not like the outcome of that dream. ;-) }

The only way you can make your dreams come true is by taking control and start doing something to achieve your dream. Your dreams aren't just going to fall in your lap, you need to take action and do what you need to do because no one is going to do it for you.

ok, what is the biggest dream down to the smallest one. work on one at a time. starting over is a big undertaking, but worth it in the end. i did that four years ago. moved, new job, new life. i havent regretted it one bit.
