So my best frind that I've had since third grade just asked me out.He's really sweet.We were together a long time ago but it ended shortly because it felt weird going out with my best friend.I think I might like him but I don't want to hurt his feelings if it doesn't work out.PLEASE HELP ME!!!!

You need to make up your mind.
Either you like him and you should go out with him, or you don't like him and you need to reject him.
There is no way you can avoid hurting his feelings if it doesn't work out - but you can easily make it worse if you are dishonest. Don't try to dress it up as "like you as a friend" or any similar nonsense. Honesty makes things better for everyone.

hey, here what you should do make sure its understood that if it don't go anywhere that you will stay friends, but I am telling you that everyone just about that has had true love, has started out being best friends and also ask anyone that's been together for ever and they will tell you there with there best friend so you may have just got blessed.. You went out a long time ago. Things change. If you have feelings for him you should try to be happy together. Even if it doesn't work out you'll find a way to still be friends. Exp: My friend and his best friend started going out. The ***** cheated on him. They are still best friends... I don't get it but hey!

you will know what to do... talk to him about it, if yall both like eachother why not go out? i know that you say it risks your friendship, but sometimes the best friendships become the greatest relationships. you just need to sit down and talk to him about it and yall work it out together.
