It doesn't have to be a shrink. First, confide in someone you trust. You see, there are 3 kinds of people: 10 percent are sane. 10 percent are crazy. And 80 percent of us have our doubts sometimes. Statistically at least, you're probably part of the 80 percent. Talking in confidence to a person whose opinion you respect will give you a better perspective. Good luck.
