bumps on my upper lip?

Question

i hate little white bumps that almost look like pimples but i am not sure if they are. what are they? and what do i do about them?

They are called Fordyce spots - which are nothing more than overactive oil glands. They don't cause any problems, and they are not a sign that something is wrong. They usually go a way on their own. Don't try to pop them or scratch them - it will just injure your lips and won't help get rid of the bumps anyhow.
