what can i do to make it go away its all over my arms and itches!!!!

There's medication you can take if it's severe. Has to be prescribed to you buy a doctor though.
Try changing laundry detergents..
Take hot shower's, not baths.
Pat skin dry
Get some fragrence free lotion, aveno works really good
Maybe get some hydrocortisone cream

Buy some Udderly Smooth Udder Cream. It's cheap & it works. If you can't find it anywhere else check walmart. It's made by Redex Industries Inc. of Salem Ohio. 1-800-345-7339 M-F 8-4 E.S.T. Try it! I use it every winter & it's been a lifesaver for me!

Use cedaphil soap (It is expensive - $4 a bar but it lasts) and don't use a washcloth just your hand. Then use a lotion (Eucerin is similar to Cedaphil) when you get out of the shower. Do this routinely!!!! My oldest boy has dermititis and this got it under control.

benydrel will help with the itching. also try cortisone for the rash. if it doesnt get better, so see your dr and they can give you something stronger to clear it up

talk to your Dr. they can get you some meds to help the itch tell you can get to the Dr. try benadrly cream it helps with itching
