a few weeks ago while drinking my sister asked me if I had ever thought about hooking up with a guy. I told her I had maybe thought about it once or twice but would never pursue it.
Then last week we went camping with her boyfriend and another (gay) guy we know. My sister and her bf in one tent - he and I in the other.
Well my sister puts viagra in my drink before we turned in for the night. needless to say something happened that night.
Should I plan some kind of payback or just let it go? Sisters are so evil sometimes

How in the world do you see that this is some kind of dirty trick anyone in there right mind would know that something was bound to happen if there was only 2 tents and the one was being shared by your sister and her bf and the fact the the other guy was gay and there is only one other tent. Come on now you are only searching for someone to pin the fact on that you had same sex relations with someone.
And also Viagra in your drink is only going to make you have an erection it is not going to make you desire to have sex with someone it is not a mickey or Ecstasy.
Wake up and realize that you had sex with someone that is the same sex as you are, that doesn't make you gay unless you want to be that way. You may just have been curious.

Revenge is very very wrong.
That being said, it depends on how much of an impact this has on you and your life. If you will never see this guy again, or was able to convince him of the honesty of your story, then just let it go.
But, if your sister's current relationship works out, consider some favorite wedding pranks:
Paint "Help" on the sole of the groom's left shoe, and "Me" on the right.
Fill the getaway car with stryfoam peanuts, small balloons, etc.
Halfway through dinner announce that since you sister is now married, all the guys who have keys to her appartment/house should probably now give them back. Arrange for several old men, a gay guy, and one or two other interesting peoples to walk up at this time and give your sister random keys.
Another thing to remember: Revenge is a dish best served cold, so don't do anything if you're still furious about it.

Dude, it's all your fault. Just because you had a rock hard erection doesn't mean you HAD to fool around with this dude. In existentialist terms, you are being inauthentic. You need to take some responsibility. You sound like you are trying to avoid thinking of yourself as partly gay, but fess up- you are! Now you just have to confront yourself and ask if this is something that you want to leave behind you, or explore.

I guess you could do something mean to her but. She didn't do anything to you. I hate to say this but Viagra or none you don't have to be ambidextrous to know you had two other way to satisfy yourself. You didn't have to do anything with that man you didn't want to do. Viagra is not a date rape drug it doesn't effect your mind or your sexual preference. She didn't play a dirty trick. She played a part in your clear reality. You can't get her back for showing you the truth about yourself.
