cleansing diets and detox diets do not increase fat loss but inhibit it. the majority of the "weight" loss that is seen on the scale is from a loss of water from the decreased carbohydrate and from a loss of muscle proteins. very little body fat will be lost if any

The Master Cleanse is *NOT* a diet. It is meant to rid your body of toxins. People that smoke, drink a lot of caffeine, ,or eat a ot of meats will have a hard time throughout the process but the end result will be worth it.

You will lose weight, but who doesn't after not eating for 10 freaking days.



AGAIN the Master Cleanse is not a DIET!!!!

Just to warn you, when you do these cleanse things, you are in the bathroom A LOT!!!! So if you like having no life except with rolls of toilet paper, skip them.
