dreaming about ex-romance does not predict future involvement. It may be wish-fulfillment, reliving memories, or working out old issues.

Possible, But it could mean many things.
1. maybe you were one of those gf's who he truly cared about, but maybe just didn't see himself commiting himself to just you.
2. If you did sleep with him maybe you were the best one he had since he stoped dating you.
3. Maybe you are in his thought and mind and doesn't know that you would want him back .
4. He maybe was remanincing about his time with you and well why sleeping dreamt about you.
5. think we all go down memory lane at one point and dream about a past bf/gf.
6.JUST ASK HIM IF THAT WAS A SIGN, THAT MAYBE HE STILL LIKES YOU OR JUST THAT YOU WERE A GOOD GF AT ONE TIME AND HE WAS REFECTING ON IT.
7. If you can't ask him if he maybe has feeling for you again then maybe your just reading to much into it.
8. Maybe tell him you heard unless he told you, about his dream and if it's true , and you would want him back Tell him how you feel that it was flattering and you've been thinking of him too.
9. If you can't talk to him in person maybe get a friend to ask him in a way without looking deperate or nosey.
10. If you truly feel that maybe he does , them maybe he does, but if you only think and so unsure then maybe your just reading too much into.
Good Luck.

A dream is the experience of envisioned images, sounds, or other sensations during sleep. The events of dreams are often impossible or unlikely to occur in physical reality, and are usually outside the control of the dreamer. So it has no meaning at all in practical sence.

It's always nice to hear things like that. Did he tell you what his dream was? I've heard that same sentence thousands of times in my day - I'm not saying it's a line or anything - might just be true. But don't wear your heart on your sleeve by just this - he might have had a night mare - not really honey!!! Make 'em work for your heart and keep your kisses expensive.

That is a classic pick up line. Of course he still thinks about you, but he probably didn't really have the dream - he's just trying to pique your interest again.

You should verify whether it is a good or bad dream and probably he might have a nightmare about you.
