Well we have been goin out for a few weeks, but we talked for hours almost everyday for months before that. I really like her a lot. What do I do?

Yes! Kiss her!
Take her out to a nice dinner, or make her own, or do something you both enjoy. At the end of the night, or whenever it feels right, go for it! She has been looking forward to it, I promise :)

wait for the moment. YES! go for it, the few weeks constitutes a kiss, but the fact that you talked for months before-- well, i can't believe you havent done something already. Go for it, if it's awkward, just turn it into a hug and say "i gotta go" or something && then kiss her on the cheek.

You're the guy, and- as sexist as this may sound- you are expected to make the first move.
Don't be nervous, if a girl agrees to go out with you, she probably expects to be kissed eventually. (And a few weeks is definately "eventually")
Just remember: Do not ask the girl if she wants to be kissed before you kiss her, it ruins the moment.

you can tell her straight up. but actions DO speak louder than words, so if you kiss her then she'll definately get the message.
