I'm sorry but it really does depend entirely on their height.
I would suggest that most 9 year olds fall somewhere between 4' and 5' and their weights might be 60 pounds at the lightest to 100 pounds.
My children were all above average heights at 9 - around 4'10 or so, and probably weighed around 85 - 90 pounds by then.

Ummm, probably around 70ish pounds, lol. I forgot how much I weighed when I was 9.
