Yes, of course. I have a friend that moved their and she doesn't want to return to New York. Alaska is a beautiful state, with great food and majestic mountains and nice people.

I'm pretty sure there are...... I believe the state of Alaska
passed a law permitting it. Not too sure about North Dakota, though. I heard there were actually Cubans living in Florida and Mexicans living in Arizona. Someone told me there were Native Americans living in Oklahoma.....can you believe that ??
I even heard there were white folks living in Alabama, and British people living in London. What's this world coming too ?? ; > )

No. By state law, they all became legally white in 1996.
