i am a guy and i am in the 9th grade. since i was born i have never gotten a girlfriend and the few i have asked out since middle school have said no. sometimes some of my friends tell some girls that if they like to go around with me in a joke and they just tell my friend ewwww. i met a girl that i asked in at the beginning of 9th grade and invented whatever excuse to say no to me but i really think she though i was ugly. i am a little overweight weighing 170 lbs. and thats it why dont girls like me?

Hey, I'm a freshman too. I've never had what I'd consider a girlfriend either. Although I'm really skinny, I think that no matter what you look like, it all comes down to charisma. Being funny is probably the best thing you can do. Also, be outgoing and try to make friends with as many people as possible. Finally, don't be so insecure about your weight. Sure, if you don't like it, you should be doing something about it. But don't let it make you feel like it's stopping you. Good luck. Knock em dead!
