How can I say this in Spanish:
"I'm sorry, when you called me I was taking a shower and missed your call. I tried to call you and you didn't answer."
Would I say "Lo siento, cuando me llamaste, me duchaba tan perdí tu llamada. Traté de llamarte y no contestaste." or am I wayyy wrong?!

You may say:
" Lo siento, esque cuando me llamaste me estaba bañando y no alcance a contestar, Despues trate de llamarte, pero no contestaste"

You're almost right. Just change "tan" to "y" or use this:
"Perdón, cuando me llamaste me estaba bañando y no pude responder tu llamada. Traté de llamarte pero no contestaste."
If it is for your boss, or for someone you don't know or something like that, then use this:
"Perdón, cuando me llamó me estaba bañando y no pude responder su llamada. Traté de llamarlo ("llamarla" if it's a girl) pero no contestó."

"I was taking a shower" is "yo fui ducharme" I believe.
I think the rest is right.
