I have a problem. It only happens once in awhile. I get really stressed out. I work 10 hours a day and I've been doing overtime since december of last year. I workout excerise but it seems like its not enough. I drink hot tea and take asprin. Do I need to see a doctor? Or just stop doing overtime when they ask me at work? Is it because I'm not getting enough sleep?

You need to find a balance of work and play. Try working for fewer hours you are exhausting your brain working hard like that for 10 hours daily. Go out on weekends and get a love interest. If you already have one, physical interaction will put you in a better mood for those stressful days.

Take warm, long bubble baths. Lean back on the tub and close your eyes and do nothing for a while but listen to music if you want. Do this as long as you can.

Get alot of sleep. Have a social life. Get weekly massages for a half and hour every week. Do yoga or meditate. Take vacations and don't be too hard on yourself. If you don't reach every single goal, don't get dismayed. You need a break and you need balance. Good luck!

You are probably correct in that you are not getting enough sleep. Be sure that you are not over-doing it with the over-time work as well. Your body functions on a seven day clock. Regularly take a day off where you completely stop and rest. Don't be held to a schedule on that day. A lot of people go to church on that day and free themselves from any excess demands. If you believe in God, He also says it in the fourth commandment: "Six days shalt thou labor and do all thy work, but the seventh day...in it, thou shalt not do any work." (Read it in a King James version of the Bible.) If you believe that God made us (which He did!), you need to read the manual for our body's care. It's there! Continue to exercise and eat right, drink your water, and get some rest! (Also, don't eat too late, or your sleep will be unrestful.)

Hot tea? It means nothing unless it's the right tea. like: Catnip tea, Chamomile tea. These are calming teas, that give you a since of well being. Exercise is very good for stress. Also if you can learn self hypnoses it works extremely well.

Stop your overtime for a week and see if it helps. Hot tea and aspirin are not enough. You need to relax.
