I am assuming you live in NH - call your town clerk because I know you can register vehicles through your town clerk. You will need the year, make, model & VIN # of the camper. Get the trailer plate & tow it home. The liability will follow the vehicle pulling the camper (even if someone else owns the vehicle).

One-way permit? That might satisfy DMV. Check with your insurance company on coverage.

You register it, and put a trailer plate on it. It's really cheap. Then you hook it up to your car, and tow it up there.
