Sugar-everything that your body is unable to digest and break down eventually turns into fat. Eating too much salt will block your arteries and people get heart attacks from blocked arteries b/c the blood is unable to flow through the arteries.

That's a good question, without any knowledge of this I would say salt because normal table salt contains so much sodium, and sodium is very bad for you in large amounts, but you actually do need some sodium... So I revise may answer and say sugar since we don't really need it like we need salt.

neither if you are healthy and eat prop[erly. Both are needed for health.

There are medical reasons for not eating either and should be adheared to.

It is not what you eart for most of us but how much of it yu eat.

Oils are what you need to be carefull of. Fats of all kinds need to be taken in moseration.

sugar, root of all evil, just read a study following a number of Inuit living on a traditonal diet of fish, seal meat, etc. they had no heart disease or cancer
