I'm 13. 5'5 and weigh 120 pounds. I usually dont eat breakfast or lunch but when I get home I eat a small snack and a normal dinner.

My friends tease me and call me anorexic. I know they're kidding but after a while I start to believe it myself.

You need to eat three meals a day. I know at your age I skipped breakfast and lunch too so I understand. But you feel much better if you have at least something. You will also be able to function better during your day. You are not anorexic unless you are obsessed with starving yourself and your health begins to suffer. Right now you are a normal, slim weight. Just try to eat a little more - you are not getting enough calories from one meal and a snack.

no your not anerexic. my friends sometimes tease me about it too and i'm 5'5 and i weigh 115-116ish. But i eat all 3 meals of the day and eat a cookie or some ice cream too. the only reason they call me anerexic though is because i hate eating in public. so i would just say that you should start eating more healtheir and have 3 meals a day. It's a fact that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. hope this helps!

Anorexic is not just a physical thing it is a psychological thing as well. Do you think your fat and that is why you skip meals and don't eat much or do you just not have time. You would only really be anorexic if you consciously skipped meals and "starved" yourself because you think your fat, not because you don't have time to eat or your just not really hungry.

Just wait about 5 years till you go to college, you will drink enough to put on a few pounds in no time.

Having been there, you could be somewhere on the imbalanced area of food consumption. The reasons why you don't eat breakfast or lunch are more indicative of a problem or future problem. It is not a good sign that you eat only one meal and one snack a day but what matters is why.

I don't know about you being an anorexic....but....you are skipping the two most important meals, especially breakfast. Can your car run without fuel for an entire day?? Neither can you. Eat breakfast, lunch and small dinner.

No, you're NOT anorexic. You are just thin. Don't listen to your loser friends. Underweight for your height begins at 111 lbs and to be considered anorexic you'd have to be under 90 lbs. Your BMI of 20 is above the recommended lower limit of 18.5.
Go eat some breakfast though.

You are not anorexic but do need to eat healthier. Skipping meals is not healthy and you need a snack between meals. Start eating healthier so you stay healthy.
