you can't lose a lot long term weight in 2 weeks. the healthy way is by good eating and exercise and you should lose no more than 2-3 pounds in two weeks. if you lose more, you are losing muscle and/or water along with fat. muscle helps burn calories, so you shouldn't lose muscle. i once lost 5 pounds in four days by not eating breakfast any of those days, but it was mostly water loss becuase i have gained 15 pounds since then.

ok.
1) Do cardio workouts
2) Eat healthier(but do it slowly, otherwise you're just going to feel deprived, but take off the junk food little by little)
3) I'm gonna tell you what really works for those abs:
1. Lie on your back (on the floor;use a pillow if you want)
2. Keep legs straight and together
3. Lift legs off the ground 6inches (no more no less)
4. keep them up for 10 seconds
5. put them down for 5 seconds at most.
6. Then do 3 sets of 10! (or rather, 30 of em)
If you do it correctly, you'll feel stomach PAIN! But, as the saying goes: No Pain, No Gain!
PS: 12 pounds is the maximum you should lose in one month.
PPS: If you exercise alot, and are VERY overweight, you might lose a lot more than that, I mean I exercisedfor 2 hours playing DDR with my sis, and I lost 3 pounds! Oh! and I did do a few of them ther crunches. :P

Do the South Beach diet for 2 weeks and you will lose some weight. Basically it's cutting out the flour and sugar from your diet. Add in cardio most days of the week for about 35 to 45 minutes and you should lose at least 6 lbs.

You can loose a couple of pounds and do it healthy. There is NO way to loose weight in a hurry. Forget it, go like you are.

I walked 5 miles once a day for one week and lost 11 pounds, in ONE week, try it, it'll surprise you, and try to lay off the junk food and stuff like that excesively. worth a shot?
