Navy is branch of US service. Yes, they wear dog tags too.

All branches of the service wear "identification tags". They are no longer called dog tags because it's not "PC".

BTW: I will always call them dog tags.

Dog tags are worn to identify the serviceman/woman in case of death. Obviously all branches must wear them. Still got mine from my paratrooper days. They also have your religion and blood type for quick transfusion matches.
