How can I teach my dog to roll over. This is one trick that he doesn't like to do.?

This is what I did with my Golden Retriever pup. Firstly get him to lie down, and then place a treat by the side of him. Slowly move the treat to the area behind his head. He should change his postion so he can see the treat (and hopefully be on his back).

When in position repeat the words "Roll", and plenty of praise.

Also, if your dog has a habit of "rolling" on his on accord, prasie him and repeat the words "Roll"

Entice him with a piece of cooked liver in your hand.
Make him lie down, then hold the liver (tiny piece about 1/2 inch piece) in front of his nose and with your other hand gently turn him over saying the command "Roll Over!" When he is over, praise him and give him the liver treat. Repeat until he gets the idea. Eventually you should wean from the treat where the dog will do it for praise instead of the liver treat.
