Essential Tremors of the hands:
This is not EXACTLY how it happens but for simplicity....The brain is made up of nerves which are covered with a fatty substance that keeps the signals from shorting out on other nerves. The fat (Myelin) is necessary in the brain as well as on the nerves in the body. When a person eats to much of the WRONG fats (the Wrong fats are those that have been boiled, fried, or are hard at room temperature) in a sense, they become allergic to them. The body then need to get the GOOD fats from somewhere so it get it from the nerves which then makes the nerves malfunction.
I have a friend who recently started taking a product for tremors which he says is working. His brother, whom he goes target shooting with, says he is getting to be a better shot also.
He got the product, Alkyl Transfactor, from http://seabiotics.com/socialwo rker
.
Good Luck
Sometimes, essential tremors of the hands are merely caused by fatigue. If you use your hands in a repeated task such as typing and wash your hands immediately after the activity. this sometimes can cause tremors.
Tremor is generally caused by problems in parts of the brain that control muscles throughout the body or in particular areas, such as the hands. Neurological disorders or conditions that can produce tremor include multiple sclerosis, stroke, traumatic brain injury and neurodegenerative diseases that damage or destroy parts of the brainstem or the cerebellum.
Other causes include the use of some drugs (such as amphetamines, caffeine, corticosteroids, and drugs used for certain psychiatric disorders), alcohol abuse or withdrawal, mercury poisoning, overactive thyroid or liver failure. Also, too much mercury can cause tremors.
Tremors can be an indication of hypoglycemia, along with palpitations, sweating and anxiety. Some forms of tremor are inherited and run in families, while others have no known cause.
Characteristics may include a rhythmic shaking in the hands, arms, head, legs, or trunk; shaky voice; difficulty writing or drawing; or problems holding and controlling utensils, such as a fork. Some tremors may be triggered by or become exaggerated during times of stress or strong emotion, when the individual is physically exhausted, or during certain postures or movements.
Tremor may occur at any age but is most common in middle-aged and older persons. It may be occasional, temporary, or occur intermittently. Tremor affects men and women equally.

It could be essential tremors. My husband, all three of his siblings and their mother have it. They don't shake all over like with Parkinsons, just their hands. There is a treatment for it, ask your Dr.

It could be anything from too much caffeine to Parkinsons. A doctor is the best place to find out what is going on.

I suggest going to www.webmd.com, since shaking hands could be anything from Parkinsons (sorry about misspellings), anxiety, or just nerves. They have a program where you can check out your symptoms, you might have other symptoms that could further narrow down what could be causing you to shake.

self-mutilation isn't a disease, this is a symptom or a behaviour which could be modern in anybody of diverse subject concerns. in case you're self-harming, you easily could desire to get expert help. don't be so desirous to label your self with a diagnosis!
