you join a sport or other activity that takes your mind off of it. if you join cross country or something i promise you that your boyfriend will be the last thing on you mind during your second mile. theres also some really hot guys at the meets or games that will take your mind off of him too.

Just do not have any conctact with him at all. Do not call him, do not send him any emails hoping he will answer. Have fun with new people but do not see other men as future boyfriends. Just have fun and make friends. You will be surprise when you see that a lot of guys are interested in you. For the moment just be friends and time will tell if something happend. It is hard to forget about someone specially if you loved that person, but be strong and little by little you will feel better, and now that you are free, just enjoy and go out with your friends or do whatever makes you feel alive.
Good luck

Our experiences make us what we are. We learn from the bad and reminisce over the good.

Are you really sure you want to forget?

I know I don't. I treasure every memory; good or bad because they are me and I am them. And frankly, I'm not that bad...
