I am considering adopting a 10 month old female Brussels Griffon that is 6-7 lbs now......

It depends on the size of the breed a Griffon is full grown at about 8 months while a great dane isn't full grown until about 18 months. An average labrador is full grown at about 12 months

Most dogs reach adult size between 12 and 18 months of age. They may reach hight at a little after 12 months but then they will tend to fill out later.

They say about 6 to 9 months old they will stop growing up sort of speak, than they start filling out. So taking that into consideration i would say about 1 to 1/2 years. They will reach there
true growth.

Dogs are full grown about a year old.

I believe, although im not certain, around one year because that is when they reach maturity. ( 1 year is about 15 human years)
