Every program I try resizes them and I need them in very specific sizes, how can I do this?

I'm trying to find a program to use, I can use anything or download something, I just need to find out soon.

All the programs I try make the images take up the entire page or a certain portion, I need exact sizes.

it depends on the program you use, and in some cases, the printer as well. what program do you want to use, and what printer are you printing to?

Printed size is a a result of number of pixels / printer resolution.

Example:
A 3,000 pixel wide image printed at 300 dpi will be 10" wide.
The same image printed at 600 dpi will be 5" wide.

So to print your image a specific size in inches, do the math and set a print resolution...

Ther should be an option in the printers driver ( File-Print then something like LAYOUT or somethin simmilar) wher you should be able to choose your scaling (just set it to 100%,or NO CHANGE,or something like that).Thiswill however probably not work if your images resolution is not set properly for printing

Like yulya_f said the setting's for printing size is in your printer program.Not in computer download.Just click on picture to print and when print screen come's up click on settings.Paper size, photo type,paper type,photo picture size. and print it.

the settings are in your printer/ photo program.

you just have to look in the settings/ options, there is no program really.
