Paint all Sheetrock walls and ceilings with two coats latex flat wall paint , prep work between coats .
Paint all trim (windows and casings , doors and casings , crown molding , base molding ) with one coat oil base primer and finish with two coats (my preference) oil base semi-gloss enamel.
Base price $6000.00

4oo square ft per gallon of surface(maybe 8 or 9 for the walls per coat primer, plus 2 top coats so roughly 27 gallons for the walls. and 15 for the ceiling minimum....so 42 gallons of paint assuming all surfaces are smooth. That is a roll on finish.
look at a week of time allowing for drying tween coats. You figure it.
