Okay this may sound funny, but use baby powder or a powder with no scent if u prefer. Just flip u head over lightly put power in hands, rub together and then put in your hair. It will soak up the excess oils. I wash my hair every other day because I don't want it breaking, and use the powder treatment on the days I don't wash my hair. A little goes a long way, if you get to much just flip hair and fluff or use a hair dryer. Mane and Tail shampoo helps also. You can find it at Dollar General or Family Dollar if you local walmart doesn't carry it..Good luck

Use a shampoo made for oily hair and use as little conditioner as you can. Rinse conditioner out well many times oily hair is caused by too much conditioner.

Wash your hair with apple cigar or lemon juice. Get a good shampoo specially for oily hair, preferbably a herbal one (im using one that's good for my hair but sadly its only sold locally). Ensure that your shampoo is CLEAR as milky one tends to moisturise the scalp more.Avoid conditioner or hair mask and if you do have to use it, use it ONLY at your hairends/tips (where its often the dryest).
Deal with stress and other hectic situations appropriately, as oily hair is a result of stress. Cut down on chemical treatments and hairproducts as it might trigger your scalp. Lastly, oily skin/hair is a result of neglience in lifestyle, so ensure you sleep early and take at least 8 hrs of sleep and have a healthy regular diet (cutting down on oily, greasy food). All the best.

Put some baby powder on the tips of your fingers and work it into your scalp if the oil is truly a problem. However, I assume you're a pre-teen or teenager, and I want to let you know that you SHOULD be taking a shower everyday now. I know it seems like a pain, but you don't want a reputation for being the greasy/smelly kid!

when washing your hair, make sure you are rubbing your roots really well, so that the hair folicle gets cleaned all the way. try using less conditioner and make sure that you are rinsing your hair completely. Blow drying your hair will also help, although it will damage your ends eventually, it keeps it less greasy longer.

It is just how your hair is, some people have dry hair, while others oily. Just look for a laber that says for oily hair.
