i am going to a dance with my boy friend. i have kissed him reasently fast and on the cheak i want to kiss him again but this time on the lips. only one problem i don't no when i should? and to top it off his little sister will be there and she is the kind of person that wont leave you alone untill she has dirt and can tatle on you to her parents and to your own...great can people HELP

This does not sound like a good place to kiss with his lttle sister being there. When you go somewhere without her then you should kiss. As for when the moment will just come and it will happen when you least expect it.
