i have a reallyy bad craving..i want a really juicy, and fruity one with like oranges, and strawberries..but idk how to make one...is milk included??

Frozen fruit, yogurt and blend until smooth. Milk is not included.

TROPICAL SMOOTHIE

flavored ice pops
ice
gingerale

1) Get a blender.
2) Put ice pops in blender.
3) Add ice.
4) Mix in blender for 1 minute.
5) Add A little soda.
6) Mix for 2 minutes, if it is still chunky add a little more soda.
7) If it is still chunky after the 1st part of step 6, add the soda and mix until it is smoothie like.
8) Now get a cup and pour the smoothie out of the blender and into the cup.
9) Enjoy a cup of fruit smoothie.

for a smoothie you can add whatever you want to the mixture. i find at stores like walmart and giant eagle or any grocery store they sell smoothie mixes, I buy one by Produce Partners called Orange Frost mix, you add orange juice and ice to the mixture and blend well and it tastes just like an Orange Juilius smoothie, they are really good. Most of the mixtures can be found somewhere in the produce department. Another one i make is a banana smoothie and i just add crushed ice, smashed bananas and a little bit of milk to it and blend.

Yes milk is included anytime you make a smoothie
thats why your cravings are so bad use milk while
make a smoothie and it will turn out just right.

yeah, you can make a strawberry smoothie by 1 1/2 cups milk, 1 cup strawberries, 2 tablespoons sugar, 1 teaspoon lemon juice and1 cup crushed ice. Stick in a blender and enjoy! :D

First, put out blender. Second, put fruits in the blender and start blending. Thired, Put crush ice in the blender before sugar. Four, pour lemon or lime juice in the blender and start blending after done, ready to drink. Good Luck.

add some ice cubes , fresh fruit (blueberrys,strawberrys,bananas,oranges..)cup of milk, a couple of scoops of icecream or yogurt...blend in mixer* ENJOY your Smoothie*!

use oranges and strawberries but also add a banana and some yogurt the banana will thicken it up nicely ooh maybe some sherbet would be good too
