You may be able to find out when a prisoner is eligible for parole by calling the main Parole division for your state. Some states may have this information on their websites but that is unlikely.

Parole is not automatic process - a hearing must take place and the parole board makes the final call. The hearing is not an automatic process either - the prisoner has to request a parole hearing.

Most states have websites that providfe info on prisoners in that state. Run a google search "New York prisoners", for instance. With the offender ID and name of the individual you should be able to find that information.
